Continuing after the first "Subspecies", a woman who has just become a vampire tries to escape the evil vampire, Radu, who seeks her as his love interest. But she has taken the vampire family's bloodstone, and now Radu must find her to get it back. While her sister comes to Romania to save her soul. It might be to late....

Nakon toga što su je Radu ubijen, a Stefan pretvorio Mišel u vampira, Raduovo tajno oružje- podvrste,
prihvataju se posla i vraćaju Radua ponovo u život. Mišel ukrade Krvavi kamen i uspe da pobegne iz
Raduovog zamka i zatraži pomoć od svoje sestre Rebeke koja stiže prvim avionom u Rumuniju.
Međutim, Radu je za njenim petama i hoće nju za svoju sledbenicu, a takođe i da vrati Krvavi kamen.
Policija se uključuje u istragu i pomaže Rebeki da spase svoju sestru od kandži vampira.
