Povzetek:
The story of the first cloned human being - told in her own words: At the age of thirty the world-famous composer Iris Sellin learns that she has an incurable illness. She - a person who wanted to live for ever - does however not give in. In order to preserve her art and also herself, beyond death, for all posterity, she has herself cloned. Iris Sellin (Potente) je svjetski poznata pijanistica i skladateljica koja boluje od multiple skleroze,
bolesti degenerativnog poremećaja živaca.
Iris zamoli svog prijatelja Dr. Martina Fishera (Thomsen), revolucionarnog reproduktivnog istraživača,
da napravi njen klon kako bi svoj muzički talenat prenjela na svoju kćerku. Iako je kloniranje ljudi
ilegalno, dr. Fisher ne moze odoljeti da bude poznat kao prvi koji je klonirao čovjeka.
Kloniranje uspije i Iris rodi djevojčicu Siri (Potente) koja liči na svoju majku i ima njen muzički talenat.
Kada Siri u dobi od trinaest godina sazna da je njezina majka klon, njezin cijeli svijet se raspadne.
