Muzička tema filma Brian's Song, "The Hands of Time," stekla je veliku popularnost 1970-ih. Muziku je komponirao Michel Legrand, a tekst pjesme Marilyn i Alan Bergman. Nashvilleski pijanist Floyd Cramer je kasnije izvodio popularnu verziju "The Hands of Time".
