Povzetek:

Slavni Steve McQueen prikaže silovito, surovo predstavo v vlogi osamljenega upornika, čigar vojaška spretnost je neprecenljiva za njegov vod. Med peklom druge svetovne vojne se znajdejo pred veliko številnejšim sovražnikom, medtem ko branijo položaje na Siegfriedovi liniji v Franciji. Nemce morajo le s pogumom in iznajdljivostjo nekako pretentati in pridobiti nekaj časa - ter si rešiti življenje.
