Devetero stranaca, koji nisu međusobno povezani, bude se u kući, a da pojma nemaju kako su tamo dospeli. Glas preko razglasa ih obaveštava da su drogirani, oteti i zajedno zarobljeni u jednoj kući. Vrata su blindirana, prozori zazidani, izlaza nema. Prisiljeni su da učestvuju u morbidnom reality show programu za nagradu od 5 miliona dolara, u kom je pobednik onaj koji se živ izvuče. Dok kamere prate svaki njihov korak, a zarobljeni ne žele da učestvuju u igri, očaj i frustracija postaju smrtonosni.
