Povzetek:

Film je posnet po priznanem istoimenskem romanu Jorgeja Franca in je imel v Kolumbiji rekordno gledanost. Gre za zgodbo o Kolumbijcu Marlonu Cruzu (Aldemar Correa), ki ga dekle Reina (Angélica Blandón) nagovori, da zapusti svoje udobno življenje v Medellinu ter z njo pobegne čez Gvatemalo in Mehiko v ZDA. Toda Marlonovo potovanje se na končni postaji šele začne! Popelje ga po sumljivih striptiz klubih, diskotekah, zavetiščih za brezdomce in ulicah četrti Jackson Heights – do nepričakovanega cilja.
Film je režiral Simón Brand, scenarij sta napisala Jorge Franco in Juan Rendón, igrajo pa še John Leguizamo, Margarita Rosa de Francisco in Ana de la Reguera.
