The Nativity Story (2006)

Presunljiva zgodba o mladi ženski, ki se spopada z nepredstavljivo velikim bremenom. Marija je še najstnica, ko ji starši povedo, da je zaročena z nekoliko starejšim Jožefom. Nedolgo zatem jo obišče nadangel Gabriel, ki ji razodene prihodnost in s tem v tek požene zaporedje usodnih dogodkov. Ko se Marija z obiska pri sestrični domov vrne noseča, ji starši in zaročenec stežka verjamejo, da ni prelomila svoje zaobljube. Marija počasi začne spoznavati, da bo rodila otroka, ki bo spremenil svet. To spoznanje pa od nje zahteva osupljivo notranjo moč in vero.
