Povzetek:
Volitve v francoskem Rouenu zaznamuje hud spor med podpornikoma dveh kandidatov za službo v mestnem svetu; v naročenem umore po tistem pa umreta politikov nasprotnik in policist, ki je bil očitno priča umoru.
