Povzetek:

Niz pljački banaka izaziva javnu paniku. Kako bi smirio stanovnike grada i ostvario vlastite ambicije, novoimenovani šef policije odlučuje da održi vežbu protiv pljački banaka kako bi demonstrirao efikasnost policije. Tajno imenuje naivnog saobraćajnog policajca da se preruši u pljačkaša, zanemarujući činjenicu da će ovaj nefleksibilni, po pravilima strogi policajac dati sve od sebe da izvrši bilo koji zadatak - čak i kada je u pitanju pljačka.
