After escaping from an insane asylum, a medical student assumes the identity of a mysterious dead man, who appeared to be his doppelganger, and gets lured to a sinister island ruled by a mad scientist and his malformed men.

Radnja i tematika filma;
Film je mešavina sledećih: Talentovani Mr Ripli, Let iznad kukavičjeg gnezda, Horor aka Silent Hill itd. Nije neki japanski dza bu, sa običnim elementima strave. Dobar deo je kostimiran. Priča je fenomenalna, višeslojna, i puna misterije. Od početka do kraja filma se polako odmotava da bi na kraju bio i twist ending koji čak i nije ni bio potreban koliko je film do tog momenta bio izvanredan.
Neću ništa napisati o radnji filma jer ... nemoguće je to učiniti jer ovakav mystery je nemoguće opisati u par reči, već pogledajte sami i 100% ćete imati svoje utiske.
Visoko preporučljiv.
