Povzetek:

Ludovicu Cruchotu, žandarju iz majhne francoske vasi, dodelijo novo delovno mesto v mondenem Saint Tropezu. S seboj vzame tudi svojo lepo hčer, ki je nad mestom povsem navdušena. Medtem ko Cruchot skupaj s kolegi preganja nudiste, se njegova hčerka Nicole spoprijatelji s skupino mladih ljudi ter si izmisli, da ima bogatega očeta, ki je lastnik jahte, saj noče povedati, da je samo hči žandarja. Kmalu se znajdejo v težavah in na pomoč jim mora priskočiti žandar Cruchot.
