At 32 minutes Making The Witcher isn’t an especially long documentary. But much like the series it’s about, it gets to the good stuff fast. The doc dives into everything from how those creepy creatures were created and what went into Freya Allan’s audition process to the surprising high fashion of this universe. Naturally it’s The Witcher‘s showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich who leads most of these conversations, explaining how she was able to find these characters’ more human stories hiding within Andrzej Sapkowski’s novels.
