Romantični triler o građevinskom radniku Joseu, koji se skriva nakon što je ubio predradnika.
Skriva se na tavanu palate gde njegova devojka Rosa radi kao služavka, ali ni ona ne zna gde je on.
Tako skriven promatra stanare, devojku, krade hranu noću, a jedino društvo su mu pacovi.
Rosu vole tu gde radi, ali je i verbalno i fizički zlostavljana, a sve to Jose bespomoćno gleda dok bes u njemu raste.
On se javlja Rosi telefonom i oni maštaju o ponovnom susretu, ali novo otkriće ga prisiljava da ostane skriven... Nagrade i nominacije.
