Povzetek:
Komadant teksaške tvrđave u Građanskom ratu odbija se predati severnjacima i pokušava kupiti ćerku poglavice lokalnog indijanskog plemena. On ga odbija, a južnjaci masakriraju pleme i otimaju ćerku. Ona uspeva pobeći i skriva se s rančerom, koji ne voli Indijance, ali još više mrzi Južnjake. Neobični par udružuje snage i taktike, da izvrše konačnu osvetu nad ljudima u tvrđavi.
