Povzetek:
Nakon što vrhovni sud zabrani smrtnu kaznu, Kalifornija određuje ostrvo San Bruno za zatvor bez zidova i čuvara, mesto gde će biti smešteni svi osuđeni za ubistvo, slobodni da rade što god žele, osim da napuste ostrvo.
