The Man Who Cheated Himself (1950)

Bogata prominentna dama Lois Frejzer, koja se razvodi od svog muža koji je lovac na bogatstvo, Hauarda, pronalazi pištolj koji je on kupio. Ona ga time ubija pred novim čovekom u svom životu, poručnikom Edom Kalenom, detektivom za ubistva u policiji San Franciska. Dva puta udata Lois uspeva da izmanipuliše Kalena da ukloni oružje ubistva i premesti telo. Kalen na kraju istražuje slučaj, uz pomoć mlađeg brata Endija, koji je novi u odeljenju za ubistva i odlaže svoj medeni mesec da bi nastavio da radi na svom prvom velikom slučaju...
