Povzetek:
Po tem, ko v prometni nesreči umre 44-letni Boris, velika ljubezen njenega življenja ter odločni voznik tovornjaka z nenavadno privlačnim značajem, 36-letna Nina na svoje presenečenje odkrije, da je v resnici ves čas živel dvojno življenje. Izkaže se, da je bil med njuno desetletno zvezo poročen z drugo žensko in nekje drugje je imel tudi družino. Pretres ob izgubi partnerja in razkritjem njegove dolgoletne prevare vrže Nino povsem iz tira. V obupanem poskusu, da bi pustila preteklost za seboj, se odpravi na pot po evropskih cestah; tam spozna nemškega voznika tovornjaka Matthiasa in se mu pridruži.
