Povzetek:
Svetlana is a beautiful and ambitious woman. She has made a successful career in Moscow and is quite happily married. But she has a secret: in her youth, Svetlana abandoned her newborn son with a severe heart defect. Doctors assured her that the boy had no chance of survival. And for many years now, Svetlana has been tormented by a sense of guilt. Having learned that her husband is cheating on her, she decides to return to her native seaside town and find out about the fate of her child. Svetlana meets the head physician of the children's hospital, Yuri, and gets a job as a volunteer there to help children. She is especially attached to a little girl who was abandoned by her mother at a bus stop...
